Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) veterans demonstrate to us the epitome of courage, altruism, leadership, integrity and perseverance. They give us the ability to see beyond the present and imagine a better future.

We pay homage to the brave men and women who serve our country through our longstanding partnership with the Ottawa Senators. The Sens organization shares our commitment to honouring our veterans and together we’ve created and maintained Hero's Ridge since 2015. At each home game, a Canadian Armed Forces veteran and their family enjoy time together in Hero's Ridge - a 200-level box suite at Canadian Tire Centre. Together with our hockey fans, the crowd rises from their seats every night in a powerful moment of recognition to honour the more than 350 veterans who have been our guests in Hero's Ridge. This event holds a special place in Francis Lépine’s heart, as he holds a tremendous amount of gratitude for those who have put their very life on the line for a greater Canada.

The Royal Canadian Legion graciously supports this initiative by giving CAF families the opportunity to nominate their loved ones to be honoured during an Ottawa Senators home game. We look forward to standing side-by-side with you to honour our heroes at an upcoming game!

We prefer a hands-on, personal approach when working with charitable endeavors, and also use this approach in business as well. The way that Lépine properties are built and designed revolves around the value of sustainability and community-building. We believe that everyone deserves the stability of a quality place to live; including young families, new arrivals to Canada, and anyone living with physical mobility challenges. Lepine Apartments creates options and opportunities for everyone, resulting in stronger communities for a stronger Canada.

The Lépine family has been involved in numerous initiatives that promote the values that have guided the family-run business for decades. Lépine has contributed greatly to four main initiatives; The YMCA Camp Otonabee, Chesterfield Inlet Franciscan Missionaries, Canadian Adaptive Snow Sports, and our most high-profile work has been with the Ottawa Senators Hero’s Ridge. Canadian pride is an integral part of Francis Lépine’s life, and acts as a guiding principle in the creation of every community he builds.
